We ship all orders from within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Every parcel comes with tracking, so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep.

Delivered within 1 working days after dispatch. -
Free shipping on orders over £25
Applied automatically at checkout.
Processing Time

Orders placed on weekdays before 3pm are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Most planners and agendas are letterbox-sized and will fit through the letterbox, so no one needs to be available to receive the delivery.
Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
