Returns Policy (UK)
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund, provided it meets the conditions below.
Return Window
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Items must be returned in the original packaging (where applicable).

An order number is required as proof of purchase.
Items that show significant signs of use or damage (other than transport damage) may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Costs
You can get a return label through our self-serve return portal for a reduced fee of £2.

Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.

Select the item(s) you would like to return for a refund.

A reduced fee of £2 applies for the return label, you can select either Royal Mail or DHL as the carrier for your return shipment.

Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated return point.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days after we receive your return for processing.

Your bank may require additional time for the funds to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.
We will resolve the issue quickly — in these cases, no return fee will be charged.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
